I’m putting my book tour together. I’m heading straight into the heart of the America. Portland to Utah to Wisconsin to Michigan with many stops in-between.
I opened my inbox this morning to two contracts! They’re signed and sent back. The first event will be before the book even comes out. On February 24th I will be speaking on a panel and will be reading with my non-profit company A Rock or Something Productions at Portland State University’s Classroom to Community Series. Last year’s keynote speaker was Cheryl Strayed.
On March 14th I’ll be reading at a private event for The Canticle of the Black Madonna opera in NW Portland.
On April 1oth I’ll be talking about the difficulties combat veterans face trying to transition back into society at the University of Wisconsin: Fox Valley then reading at the Appleton Public Library on April 11th.
These are the events I have locked down. I’m putting together the rest of the readings in the next couple weeks. I’m looking at stopping in Colorado, Minnesota, and Idaho as well. I hope to see you out there.
